Problem Note 39657: Multiple files might be created when using the MSOffice2K, HTML, or ExcelXP destinations

Multiple files might be created with SAS® 9.2 when output is generated with the HTML, MSOffice2K, and ExcelXP destinations. The demonstrated behavior is similar to specifying the NEWFILE=OUTPUT ODS option, which generates a new file for each procedure or DATA step.
To circumvent the problem, do not create HTML output by default. To control this, select Tools ► Options ► Preferences... from the menus in an interactive SAS session. On the Results tab, deselect the Create HTML option and click OK.
